The MRP system is designed for fire and emergency systems to connect to a vehicles tail pipe to capture virtually 100% of exhaust emissions. MRP is fully automatic, from the fan activation to the automatic nozzle release from the exiting vehicle. Accomodates up to two vehicles in tandem. MRP features a square rail profile and an internal crab trolley that runs inside the rail. This system will only be available as a magnetic version.
An exhaust extraction system for emergency service stations and other facilities with confined spaces and/or low ceilings.
The SBT system is designed to connect to a vehicle tailpipe and capture virtually 100% of vehicle exhaust emissions. The SBT is fully automatic, from the fan activation to the automatic nozzle release from the exiting vehicle. Designed for either a single back-in or drive-though bay, SBT can handle bays up to 72 ft. (18.3 m) from door to door.
SBT features a square alumimum track and trolley, and supports either a 4 or 5 in. (100 or 125 mm) exhaust hose.
The preferred rail system for back in applications in fire and emergency service stations.
The STR system is designed to connect to a Fire/Emergency vehicle tail pipe to capture virtually 100% of exhaust emissions. STR is fully automatic, from the fan activation to the automatic nozzle release from the exiting vehicle. This STR is ideal for drive-through bays in which up to four vehicles are parked in tandem.
STR features a round rail profile and internal crab trolley that runs inside the rail.
Designed for drive through applications with up to four vehicles parked in tandem.
The VSR system is designed for vehicles that have vertical exhaust pipes, including commercial trucks and fire trucks. The system supports both drive in and back-in facilities, and up to two vehicles in tandem, up to 76 feet (23,5 m) in length.
VSR features a floating suspension that adjusts side-to-side as the vehicle enters the facility, making it easier for the driver line up the exhaust pipe while also capturing hazardous exhaust fumes at the facility entry door.
The solution for vehicles that have top exhaust and need to move through an apparatus bay or garage.
The Crab Return System (CRS) is a (semi)-automatic system designed for the user to return the crab easily with the push of a button. The crab will follow the vehicle as long as required by the user. The release can be done manually or automatically. The CRS can easily be installed upon your railsystem and will fit either the internal crab system (IC) or the external crab (EC) system. The unit will be provided with a basic manual remote control start set. It is possible to add more remote controls to the system to create a maximum ease of use out of the CRS.
Fosters productivity by eliminating the need for an operator to physically retrieve the exhaust extraction hose and nozzle after they have been disconnected from a vehicle.
